Combining elements of a classic Margarita and a Hemingway Daiquiri, hence the Ernest + Rita name, honouring Ernest Hemingway and the Marga"Rita". This is a relatively low-alcohol, floral, grapefruit-laced and aperitivo-style Margarita.
