Your choice of honey will greatly impact this bite-honeyed Tommy's Margarita with bitters, but whether light floral honey or more robust dark honey, the result is bound to be delicious.

Not my favourite despite using good tequila. I think very overpowered by a strong thyme honey which dominated. Would prefer with agave syrup.

Some real complexity despite a seemingly simple list of ingredients. I swapped out 1 dash of Angostura (keeping 1) and added 1 dash of lavender bitters as I love they way it picks up the floral nature of tequila.

What a great tequila cocktail without all the usual ingredients. This was light and bright. The flavour of the tequila is prominent, so use a good bottle as well as good honey.

Agree with all of this.
