Margarita-like, enriched with pomegranate molasses and charged with a touch of chili heat.
Adapted from a recipe created in 2008 by Phil Ward at Death & Company in New York City, USA. This cocktail was apparently inspired by the dish of braised short ribs topped with jalapeño peppers and pomegranate molasses served by the kitchen at Death & Company.
