How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
1 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
3/4 fl oz | Americano Bianco |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix) |
3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 pinch | Salt |

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by J Lynn at Lyons at Ace Hotel New Orleans, New Orleans, USA, who “wanted to create something more palatable for those new to gentian.” The name comes from the 1912 Picasso collage featuring a bottle of Suze.
