Sour, dry and fabulously complex with bittersweet herbal gentian notes over a gin base.
Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by J Lynn at Lyons at Ace Hotel New Orleans, New Orleans, USA, who “wanted to create something more palatable for those new to gentian.” The name comes from the 1912 Picasso collage featuring a bottle of Suze.
