This was a surprise. It tastes like Calvados. Not sure if it's good for the cocktail or bad for the bottle of Ch. du Breuil Fine Calvados I have that the cocktail actually tastes better!... ^^;

A nice drink I made with Kilchoman Coul Point but surely the recipe quantities would benefit from being rounded to make it more memorable and yield a similar effect.

Just used whatever Scotch I had. It's nice, with apple, sweet grain and subtle citrus. Could be an anytime drink.

Didn't like much. It's indeed peat and apple, but it gets kinda dull over time.

Very tasty. I used 45ml of Famous Grouse and 7.5ml of an Islay and the peat level was just right for the description.
