Didn't like much. It's indeed peat and apple, but it gets kinda dull over time.
Tried with a blend of Sauv. Blanc and Pedro Ximenez (51% / 49%) and worked just fine. Slightly salty, but in a good way.
Ingredients make sense together, but found it a bit too sweet and heavy on st germain to my taste.
