I just finished drinking a Negroni making it exactly how you suggested it and it was actually better then just cutting the Campari in half, which is what I would normally do, so I will definitely be doing going forward or I might end up trying an alternative like select, which is supposed to be sweeter then Campari but still bitter, although some people say it’s more of an alternative to Aperol then it is an alternative to Campari
