Too sweet for my tastes. On the second try, I increased the gin to 2 oz and added 1/2 oz of Aperol to give the bitterness from the grapefruit more backbone and I liked it better. Maybe I just had really sweet grapefruit. I used Empress Rose and Elderflower gin.
