"Family provides love, support and a framework of values to each of its members! Today, in my opinion, it is more important than before!

In this global world, a lot of people live away from home, away from their family, and unfortunately, there are also those who have no family or have lost them! Vienna, even the Josef cocktail bar, is an international community, Ukrainians, Greeks, Hungarians, Germans and Austrians form one family! As a bartender, I believe that one drink, even one person, can do something for the community, I work every day to bring a little joy to my environment, regardless of whether it's colleagues or guests!

Continuing on the path of World Class, I want to show that no matter who you are, or where you come from, you are part of the family and you will never be alone! The symbol of this is a cluster of grapes, which belongs to everyone! I would like to introduce my Ketel One Garnished with Good drink, which is called Never without you! I decorate the cocktail with a Polaroid photo of you and write the message I represent on it, so you can always remember it, again, wherever you are on Earth, that you are part of the family!

And my "Garnish with Good" mission is, I would like to give more support for these people, for the families, for the everyone who needs help, so I have just started to cooperate a Family Center in my district, in Vienna, Familiencentrum Darnautgasse! They are caring about everyone, mothers, children, jung immigrants, which is also so actual in these days! They have many special programs, trainings, therapists, to giving a hand for everybody! After that I spoke with my owner in the Josef Cocktail bar, we are give all the profit from the „Never without you" drink for this organisation! And I am going to invite all the doctors, therapists, and workers there for a drink! With a special card, social media and event I would like to give them more support!

Garnish: 3 dashes hazelnut oil and a polaroid photo from you
Method: Shake
Ice: No ice

Ingredients:
50 ml Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
30 ml Verjus
25 ml Belsazar Riesling reduction
2 dashes Saline

To make Belsazar Riesling reduction:
Heat 500 ml Belsazar riesling vermouth with 500g brown sugar then add one Austrian red gala apple in pieces. Once cooled, vacuum and leave overnight. Strain.
