Lucian Bucur is the Leonardo da Vinci of Chinese Box, the bartender that creates cocktails in this very Glo-Cal Bar. He studied bartending in one of the most eclectic bartending schools in Italy. After he came to Milano, he started to work for Chinese Box.

30 ml Jack Daniel's Chinese Box Barrel Select
1.5ml Sciroppo di Mandorla e Cardamomo
30ml Succo di Limone
3 dash Bitter al caffè verde
Method:
Shakerato and filter in a cocktail glass frozen.
Inspiration:
The idee of my cocktail is to mix the classic flower of Italicus with the sweet part of Almond from Sicily to celebrate one of the ingredient of Italicus the cedro. We twist a classic whisky sour for a cocktail that can be drink during aperitivo but also as a after dinner.
