It is our flagship cocktail of the Lobby Bar at the Hotel Negresco Princess 4* Sup. A synergy of flavors, contrasts and aromas of the Mediterranean where we combine Star of Bombay Gin, Italicus Rosolio di Bargamotto, Rajolí wine brandy with a purely Catalan denomination, seasoned with a touch of Green Olive Bitter, Rosemary and Arbequina Oil.
All this combined with a garnish of spheric olives of Catalan origin (Caviaroli) and scent of orange peel.
