Vancouver’s first micro-distillery was founded in 2013 by Charles Tremewen and Partner Rita. Long Table operate a 300 litre Christian Carl hybrid still with a vapour botanical chamber and are particularly known for their gin, which is based on Canadian wheat neutral spirit and uses locally foraged botanicals.
