Founded in 1815 by Robert Cockburn, Cockburn's became one of Port's greatest names in the 19th and 20th centuries and is presently the leading brand of Port in the UK, the world's largest premium Port market.

On 15th December 2010 Symington Family Estates completed their acquision of Cockburn's Port from Beam Global.
