This was my favourite cocktail at The Portobello Star. So pleased to have found a recipe and shall be making this my Christmas drink.
I usually add a dash of a Palo Cortado or Amontillado Sherry to the top of the drink before serving. Turns it into a way more soho drink than it should be. Love it.
