Hey Naomi, have you tried using aqua faba - that viscous liquid chick peas sit in? It foams up beautifully just like egg white but doesn't have the smell often associated with eggs.

You can search based on what spirits you have at home by heading up to the cocktail builder - on the left of the navigation bar. Add everything you've got at home to 'your ingredients' and then hit 'you can make'. Hope this helps the lockdown.
