With over 20 years behind the bar in Monaco, I’ve lived the full arc of the mixologist’s journey—from early passion to burnout, and back again. It was at Nobu Monte-Carlo that I rediscovered the fire: the precision, the poetry, the alchemy of flavor. Since then, I’ve pushed boundaries, reaching the finals of prestigious competitions like the Diplomático Rum Challenge, and channeling my creativity into something deeply personal—my own line of artisanal liqueurs.
