you may want to include "MSG" and Bromelain.
Several people I know are intolerant of "MSG", including myself
Bromeline is an enzyme in Papayas, Pineapples and other tropical fruits....can cause the "Pina Coladas" or "Mai-Tais"....a laxative effect
