Touchwood is probably my favorite out of this list. I've tried it with different whiskys and sherries but the original is the best. However the best display of Amaro Montenegro ist simply a reverse Manhattan with it, stirred and garnished with an orange peel. The best for after a heavy dinner or reminiscing with family.
