I'm not a fan of Fernet, but I adore Green Chartreuse. I don't know what's what with this flavor combo, but wow. The Fernet and Chartreuse play together like a couple married for decades and the lime their matchmaker. I dialed it back to 3/4 oz of simple, which for my palate resulted in a perfectly balanced cocktail. I can't recommend this one enough. Great intro to F-B and GC for friends who might be averse.
