I followed this including the orange blossom agua but substitued in agave, first thing every taster said: Pisco Margarita!
Absolute favorite cocktail, especially with a couple dashes of Grapefruit Bitters. I keep Stappi Italian red soda in stock for dry days.
I went on a hunch and made this with Rutte Old Simon Genever. The soft, bready nature of this gin was a pleasant surprise in creating a dessert cocktail for the table.
