Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz	Ketel One Vodka
1 oz	Strucchi Dry Vermouth
¹⁄₄ oz	Disaronno amaretto
¹⁄₆ oz	Monin Gingerbread Syrup
6 drop	Bob's Ginger Bitters

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of gingerbread or ginger cookie.

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Garnish with gingerbread or ginger cookie rested on the rim.

I generally I am not inclined towards sweeter cocktails, but this one strikes a good balance.

This is outstanding for an after-dinner cocktail. Not overly sweet, but full of wonderful dessert flavours. Would also be great as an evening sipper or nightcap.

I went on a hunch and made this with Rutte Old Simon Genever. The soft, bready nature of this gin was a pleasant surprise in creating a dessert cocktail for the table.
