Does exactly what it says on the tin - a martini that tastes like gingerbread. A great Christmas cocktail and a real crowd pleaser

Used kings ginger and a little sugar syrup. Worked!

I've made a bourbon variant with Allspice dram in lieu of gingerbread syrup

I generally I am not inclined towards sweeter cocktails, but this one strikes a good balance.

Perfect for sipping when in the festive mood , lovely dessert flavours, adjusted the gingerbread and Amaretto slightly for those who prefer a sweeter taste, thanks for coming up with it!

This is outstanding for an after-dinner cocktail. Not overly sweet, but full of wonderful dessert flavours. Would also be great as an evening sipper or nightcap.

I went on a hunch and made this with Rutte Old Simon Genever. The soft, bready nature of this gin was a pleasant surprise in creating a dessert cocktail for the table.

Made this today after buying in some gingerbread syrup. Amazingly refreshing, especially with a ginger bread biscuit.
