Made this today after buying in some gingerbread syrup. Amazingly refreshing, especially with a ginger bread biscuit.

We made this with our own Rhubarb vodka and it was lovely. Bought Rhubarb vodka tends to be too sweet and artificially rhubarb flavoured.
