I'm working on Itlicus cocktails for our Fresh Victor mixers (only in the US), and this is a perfect fit for our Grapefruit & Sea Salt mixer. No need to apologize, Simon! I was researching what kind of press this drink has gotten and kept seeing it surprisingly pop up with advocaat. When I asked someone why, he pointed me here, where I didn't know it was listed! Thanks! Now I have to try it with advocaat! (I actually created this back in 2007, and tried it various ways over the years, including aging the tequila in a small cask I had seasoned with sherry for 6 months prior. These days at ELIXIR, we just build it with no aging.
