Wow, after visiting Panama last year and falling in love with the Caipirinha, I immediately looked for Cahaca when we got back to the States. After stumbling across this, I think its even better.

I have to say, love this! I have been stuggling to find cocktails with DOM that I love and this is it. I didn't have peach bitters but did it with Fee Brothers Cherry bitters and it was delicious.

Very much enjoyed this, but I did go with a full ounce of Gin!
