STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

A Manhattan-style cocktail but with dry vermouth and considerably more of it, Bénédictine and peach bitters.


Adapted from a recipe by W.J. Tarling and featured in his 1937 The Café Royal Cocktail Book. Tarling originally called for his drink to be shaken rather than stirred and used 1/2 Dry Martini vermouth, 1/4 bourbon, 1/4 Bénédictine.
