Even though this was an "honorable mention" in the competition, it was my favorite. And what beautiful (and appropriate) prose for the "meaning" of the creation. I used agave syrup instead of honey syrup.

Really good. Sweet but not suffocatingly so. I subbed tawny port for the sherry.

Simply delicious. I was just looking for a cocktail with coke (wanted a bit of caffeine) beyond the simple highball with rum or bourbon. WAY surprisingly good!
