2 shot Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky BUY
¼ shot De Kuyper Dark crème de cacao
¼ shot De Kuyper White creme de cacao
½ shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lime wedge

Comment:

Scotch soured with lime (works better than lemon) and sweetened with a touch of chocolate liqueur.

Origin:

Created in January 2011 by Yours truly (Simon Difford) at the Cabinet Room, London, England after mistakenly taking a bottle of Scotch from the speed well to make a Mulata Daiquiri. It proved a tasty mistake.
