I apologize for taking so long to clarify, I only saw the reply today. Under variants, there's one named "Shunbun" which mentions ume shiso. Thank you!

This is pretty much the milk and honey cocktail, except double the cream rather than milk. Same garnish even.

This is less exciting than it sounds. The combination of lemon juice and orange juice overpower the honey and the gin. Drink a screwdriver instead.
