This lowly amateur is grateful for all the good that came from this unique and winding history. Your "encyclopedias" have made high quality libations accessible and interesting across a very long time. Out of over 600 cocktail books (to my wife's chagrin!), none are turned to by guests more than the visual, descriptive, and yet very concise DGs. Still have my old Sauce guides, too.
