Having just acquired the mezcal and peach liqueur but then discovering when back home that I was out of limes, I'm somewhat ashamed to admit that I just forged ahead and made this with Rose's lime cordial in place of the lime juice.
It was still *very* delicious.
No shame on adapting to what you have on hand. I think Mr. D would agree.
