Excellent recipe, the grapes work very well.
Tried it with Eversbusch, a german 46% Schnaps with no other botanicals than lots of juniper. It’s called Doppel Wacholder. Straight in my top ten.

A very unique vermouth, nice with tonic as a summer drink. Unfortunately I‘m not able to include it in my ingredients list. Why?
Does anyone know what the shaker type is called, that Mr. Calabrese uses ?
