How do the grapes tame the Campari so beautifully? A gorgeous drink.

Signore Vinzenzo Errico is a great bartender and human being. And the Enzoni a great drink! I've put it in several menus in our consultancies around the world.

You might try freezing them too! They freeze very well and when shaken can cool down the cocktail just like ice does + they give their flavour!

The grapes add another dimension to Campari's bitterness. Very good.

I found it a touch sweet which also masked the Campari a tad. Dropping the syrup to 12.5ml gave the Campari more space without it dominating....which I know it easily can before your palate acclimatises

Since most cocktails, I’ve tried making using Campari have been either terrible or decent, due to my tastebuds not liking Campari as of right now, I Tried making this classic with 15ml of Campari as opposed to 30ml of Campari and this drink worked great, which overtime I’m hoping to slowly add more Campari, Until I’m capable of drinking the recommended amount of Campari, since this definitely a good Cocktail to make to try and get someone to appreciate Campari

I went through a similar thing with campari, try select. it's very similar but different enough you may find it a good substitute for campari .

Used pisco over gin for some prominent grape flavors since I don't have fresh grapes.. A great substitution.

Great summer version for Negroni lovers!
Went with 2 more grapes + 1/4 oz lime cordial instead of the lemon and sugar syrup, also added 2 dashes of homemade ginger-lemon bitters. really liked it

Using good ice in the glass can't be emphasized enough here, the taste just keeps evolving with every slow sip. Amazing drink
