Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
5 fresh Red grapes (seedless)
1 oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
1 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
23 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

Garnish: Orange zest twist (discarded) & skewered red grapes

How to make:

MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

This riff on Vincenzo Ericco's original Enzoni is believed to have been created, circa 2012-13 by Richard Boccato for his Dutch Kills bar in Long Island, New York City, USA.

Surprisingly fruity, considering the other ingredients. Very good.

Ooh, this is very nice. I get a lot more of the grape and a lot less of the rye than I expected.
