Signore Vinzenzo Errico is a great bartender and human being. And the Enzoni a great drink! I've put it in several menus in our consultancies around the world.
i was fortunate enough to have 7 food grapes leftover and happened upon this in my wishlist so i smashed it right out. this is fucking lit i love it. might have to keep green grapes in the gaff at all times.
I found it a touch sweet which also masked the Campari a tad. Dropping the syrup to 12.5ml gave the Campari more space without it dominating....which I know it easily can before your palate acclimatises
Since most cocktails, I’ve tried making using Campari have been either terrible or decent, due to my tastebuds not liking Campari as of right now, I Tried making this classic with 15ml of Campari as opposed to 30ml of Campari and this drink worked great, which overtime I’m hoping to slowly add more Campari, Until I’m capable of drinking the recommended amount of Campari, since this definitely a good Cocktail to make to try and get someone to appreciate Campari
Great summer version for Negroni lovers!
Went with 2 more grapes + 1/4 oz lime cordial instead of the lemon and sugar syrup, also added 2 dashes of homemade ginger-lemon bitters. really liked it
“Dangerously delicious” seems a bit of an understatement, and with ¾ oz. lemon juice and ¼ oz. syrup it tasted even better! (But it was a very good lemon.) I don’t usually have second helpings, but with this one I couldn’t help myself.
My wife called this one "dangerously delicious" and I agree. I made one with plain Bluecoat gin and one with Bluecoat's Elderflower gin (Elder Enzoni?). We found the regular Bluecoat to be better. I'm planning on making one with the Barrell-Aged Bluecoat and red grapes the next time we have red grapes.
I am in love with the simple delicacies this cocktail can provide. It mostly reminds me of my deck in summer with boys either side of my arms. Bless you Vincenzo. MWAH!
Excellent recipe, the grapes work very well.
Tried it with Eversbusch, a german 46% Schnaps with no other botanicals than lots of juniper. It’s called Doppel Wacholder. Straight in my top ten.
Maybe the way I did it, maybe back in time I couldn't stand campari enough. Still; The flavour for me was a bit too strong. I prefer a classic or a white negroni

Such a tasty cocktail.
You need to make it as a double or it’s gone before you know it.
A great into to Campari
Love a Negroni so I thought I would try this. Deelicious. Think the Campari is tempered by the lemon juice and grapes, this might be my new Friday night cocktail.
Interesting drink, personally think the spice of the Opihr unbalances the drink (doesn’t play perfectly with the citrus too) but still tasty. What other gins would users recommend? (Plymouth worked well for me)
Hi Ross. Sounds like you have Opihr as your selected gin in "Your ingredients" so as your prefered choice of gin it is showing in the above recipe. I recommend Rutte Dry Gin and also love Plymouth.
As I had grapes kicking around, thought a quick search for a grape cocktail might be fun. Was not disappointed, if you like a Negroni, this is a great twist to try. Will definitely make again.
