It looks and tastes like a characterful dark beer!
Wow. I didn't expect dark rum cocktails to be savoury. It was a delightful surprise!
It's a simple but wonderful drink!
Loved it, but it was a bit too sweet for me. Maybe next time I'll try with 15ml lime juice.
I used Gordon's gin and it was delightful! There should be more cocktails mixing lillet blanc with green grapes.
As a big fan of No.2, I should try this one. But would it be a bad decision to shake it? Cause I like to shake cocktails with citrus juices in it...
Have you tried a version with lemon/lime juice? That one bears more resemblance to the Penicillin cocktail(just replacing blended&smoky scotch with tequila&mezcal) and I loved it.
A sour template: 2 oz tequila blanco or reposado, 3/4 oz lime juice, 3/8 ginger syrup, 3/8 honey syrup, and a spray of mezcal on top. I've seen this recipe on Leandro's Youtube channel.

Lovely cocktail. I'm wondering if I can make this cocktail with orange bitters instead. Maybe I'll try it tonight!
I made it with orange bitters instead of aromatic. I had it with burritos for lunch and loved it, but it was a tad on the sweet side. Maybe it's due to the orange bitters, but I'll try with 5ml agave syrup next time.

I made it with fresh lemon juice & sprite in place of lemonade & sugar syrup. Wow! It's very refreshing. It made me crave for some tacos or burritos!
It's like a gold rush with a hint of peach. Loved it.
I made it with bourbon whiskey. The whiskey, apple, maple syrup, lemon and ginger goes so well together! A fall in a glass.
Tastes like a perfume, but in a good way. It's like a rose flavoured Bee's Knees.
This drink pairs very well with some chocolates!
I had to use peach schnapps instead of Creme de Peche and it was great!
My version of this replaces the vermouth with more gin, and replaces the raspberry jam with simple syrup and fresh raspberries. It's one of my favorites.
2oz gin
0.75oz fresh lemon juice
0.75oz simple syrup (1:1)
1 egg white (about 1oz)
5-7 raspberries
Dry shake for 6 seconds, add ice, shake for 15 seconds, strain, garnish with fresh raspberries on a toothpick.
That is exactly how I make this cocktail!
I found out about this on YouTube from Greg at How to Drink and had to make it. Easily one of the best things I’ve put in my mouth.
Haha same! As soon as I found out about this drink on HTD I thought I really needed to try this drink!
Even though I used an affordable prosecco instead, it still tastes very luxurious. Nice bubbly cocktail.
Any cocktail mixing campari with grapefruit juices is undeniablely tasty. In this cocktail, even the gin's botanicals shine through. I love it.
It looks very pretty in a stemmed coupe glass with a twist of orange, but I think it tastes better when served on the rocks. Anyway one of my favourite classics!
The natural vanilla scent in bourbon really goes well with vanilla syrup and rich milk. Definitely a holiday staple!
Tasty! I would replace a Spritz with this cocktail for my pasta brunches.
I found this a bit too sweet. I prefer the classic Negroni over this, but still I love the taste of the very Italian ingredients.
