Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
12 barspoon Honey
1 oz Blended Scotch whisky
12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Flute glass.
  2. STIR honey with whisky in base of shaker until honey is dissolved.
  3. Add apple juice and SHAKE with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. TOP with sparkling wine.

Golden honey in colour and also in flavour. An unusual and great tasting 'champagne' cocktail.

If you don't overdo it with the sparkling wine topper, all of the base flavors are remarkably apparent. Sort of like a carbonated sweet cider.

Very nice. A little on the smoky side, but not overwhelming. Honey and apple juice adds interesting sweetness to the Scotch.

Even though I used an affordable prosecco instead, it still tastes very luxurious. Nice bubbly cocktail.
