2 barspoon Honey
1 oz Blended Scotch whisky
1 oz Ginger liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Boiling water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon slice

How to make:

PLACE bar spoon in glass, add ingredients & STIR.

Perfect for a cold winter evening. Did cut the honey down to 1 barspoon and it was still sweet enough with the ginger liqueur. Wonderful mix of Scotch Whisky and ginger.
