Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Rose Syrup
14 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I like it. I've had bottles of rose water around for a while and saw this cocktail so I made my own rose syrup which smells wonderful! I'll be making this again. I can barely taste the rose, but it's a nice compliment to the lemon.

Tastes like a perfume, but in a good way. It's like a rose flavoured Bee's Knees.
