Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Jamaican-style aged blended rum with funk
34 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
34 fl oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro
6 drop Bob's Tonka Bitters
6 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of chocolate-covered honeycomb.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Wow, this is a delicious rich luxurious drink. But split it in two small Coupes, it will be enough. I used Worthy Park 109 Rum which did not overpower and blended well. I also did not have Tonka Bitters so subbed Angostura Aromatic bitters with 3 drops of Vanilla Extract. This drink needs more exposure, it is great. Cheers.
