³⁄₄ fl oz	Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro
6 drop	Tonka bitters
6 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or pinch of salt

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of chocolate-covered honeycomb.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass.

Wow, this is a delicious rich luxurious drink. But split it in two small Coupes, it will be enough. I used Worthy Park 109 Rum which did not overpower and blended well. I also did not have Tonka Bitters so subbed Angostura Aromatic bitters with 3 drops of Vanilla Extract. This drink needs more exposure, it is great. Cheers.
