1 12 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
14 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
4 fl oz Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat)
16 fl oz Vanilla extract

Truly the milk of the Gods! Delicate bourbon with a touch of vanilla. Balanced rather than sweet and milky rather than creamy.


This classic was popular during America's Prohibition era and is still widely served in New Orleans where it is commonly consumed with Sunday brunch.
