1⅔ fl oz Bacardi Ocho Anos
1 fl oz Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot)
½ fl oz Demerara sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
8 fresh Mint leaves
1⅓ fl oz Martini Prosecco D.O.C.

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.

Eight (hachi / ocho) is a lucky number for Japanese people, meaning continuity, eternity and infinity and it features throughout Japanese history and culture. When written in Japanese characters, it spreads widely at the bottom, which is a sign of prosperity.”
