Ingredients:
2 oz	Bourbon whiskey
¹⁄₂ oz	Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur
²⁄₃ oz	Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
1 oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make:

Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel &/or mint sprigs.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with lemon slice &/or mint sprigs bouquet.

I served this over three ice cubes in a rocks glass. Bourbon and peach liqueur is fantastic with the right specs and supporting accents. This is almost fantastic. Willett PS, French creme de peche, 3:1 raw honey syrup. Nice.

Great cocktail. Good balance between the bourbon and lemon. Did cut back a little on the honey syrup as I like my cocktails a bit drier.

Should you be following American politics then this is a lovely sipping companion. Just as nice straight up if it’s a bit chilly- a bit like a cold hot toddy

Is the 45ml of lemon J correct?
