How to make:

MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

2 slice Root ginger (thumbnail-sized slice)
2 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
3/4 fl oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5/12 fl oz Maple syrup
