Thanks for the quick response, really enjoying the website. The only difference is I'm using a different brand of vanilla vodka. I tried it again tonight and was a little more orange (maybe the passion fruits being more ripe) but still not as orange as the photo. Tastes fine to me and I may try one with some Rubicon also. I note the video say about pineapple but I did not use any as it isn't in the recipe above. Thanks.

Followed this recipe exactly but mine drink is really pink and not the orangey colour in the photo - am I doing something wrong?
