wow - that’s funky! too much Amaro methinks. and probably too much lemon - I was very wary when I saw equal parts for all four. With different proportions I think it cd work…

Thought it was a bit too sweet with the agave but instead of removing I tried again with an added dash of mezcal - more complex and interesting!
The yuzu syrup makes a difference. I used a very smoky Derrumbes mezcal and the citric tang of the yuzu, over and above the lime juice, complemets nicely. Good tipple!
