I have only just started playing around with cocktails and it's ones like this that make me really like making them. Just a simple switch of one ingredient to make a drink our customers really liked. I'm going to have to get some more drinks in and substitute some ingredients again and see if I can make other good variations on this.

I am open to a better name or suggestions on making the drink better.
