The Lime and Apple juice make for a nice complex interplay without adding another Liqueur. Great cocktail to balance out a heavy dish without fighting for attention. On the third go-round I ended up with 2/3 oz of St. Germain and 1 1/2 oz of bourbon for a better balance with the food. (Not quite so boozy) The Mrs. liked it with a little splash of soda water. It’s a keeper for us.
