The elderflower liqueur really plays well with the scotch, however it does not sweeten the drink much at all - it still has the flavor profile of a highball, which is IMO a good thing.

Good cocktail that becomes great with a little bit of sugar added. 5ml of 2:1 simple made it very balanced
