Just found this wonderful article! We've been on a Tuxedo #2 experiment this week. We just had a cocktail using 1.5 oz. Hayman's London Dry gin, .5 oz. Dolin Blanc, 1/4 oz. Fratelli Vergnano Maraschino, a rinse of Absente (about 1/8 oz.), 1 dash each Fee Bros. Orange and Fee Bros. Walnut Bitters. Wow! It doesn't match any of the recipes I looked at this week, but oh my does it shine. Layers of flavors; still dry! We prefer dry cocktails.
